The whole return was way easier than I expected!!! No hassle at all, and my refund showed up really quickly!!!

I ordered a few bits from Scandiborn and was genuinely surprised by how fast everything turned up. I got updates along the way, and when I had a quick question, support basically came back with, “Don’t worry, it’s already on its way,” which was nice and reassuring. The parcel arrived earlier than I expected and everything was packed properly too. No hassle at all, just quick and easy. I’d definitely order again...

I ordered a kids shelf and was a bit careful about it because I don't love taking chances with furniture online. Thankfully, the photos on the site were spot on. The colour looked almost the same in person, maybe just a tiny bit darker, but nothing that bothered me. The size was also what I expected from the pictures, so there were no surprises there. Delivery was fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because I would’ve felt even more confident if there had been a couple more close-up photos.

They kept me updated the whole time with this and that, so I didn’t have to chase anyone. Really easy experience overall

The shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown at checkout. No weird extra charges popped up, which I appreciated. Happy with the whole thing.

I had to swap for a different size my gut feeling after dealing with them was that they’ve got their customer service sorted. They replied quickly, made the exchange really easy, and didn’t make a big deal out of it. The new item showed up fast too, so overall I’m happy with how it went...

The box showed up all dented and beat up, like some idiot played football with it. Thankfully, the stuff inside was mostly fine, so not a total disaster.

Really nice mix of toys and nursery bits, found a few things I hadn’t spotted anywhere else. site was Easy to look through too. I’ll defo order again.

I bought a kids table and a few storage bits from Scandiborn a few months ago, and they’re still looking surprisingly good. They get used every single day for snacks, colouring, Lego, and whatever random stickers my youngest is obsessed with that week. No wobbles or chips so far, which is impressive in our house. Delivery was straightforward too, and I remember the box arriving right before school pickup, so the timing worked out nicely

It does look nice in the room and the design is cute, but I expected a bit more. Some of the details looked better online, and the colors are more dull in person than I thought they’d be. It’s not terrible or anything, but I ended up having to fuss with the room a bit more to make it work, which was kind of annoying. I just thought it would feel a little more special right out of the box.

I’m usually careful about what I spend money on, so I had a few questions before going ahead. They got back to me really quickly and answered everything clearly, which made the whole thing feel much easier

Checkout was straightforward and didn’t take too long, which I appreciated. Having Apple Pay there was a nice touch because I really didn’t feel like typing in all my details. The only annoying part was having to go back and check the delivery info, and then waiting around for things to load again kind of got on my nerves. Other than that, it went through fine in the end.
